Roasting

Lazy Sunday is a light roast that is pleasant on the palate. It mellows and becomes warm to your senses. The cocoa sourced from Latin America is used to smooth out the brew, while Africa includes citrus notes for balance. The result is a drink that is delicious by itself, or with cake or milk chocolate. It can also be paired with lemon drizzle cakes or simple vanilla sponges very well.

When making this coffee, we recommend using the French Press method, preheating your vessel with some off the boiling water to ensure it is warm and ready for brewing. After brewing, let it sit for 4 minutes, this ensures that the grounds are fully saturated and not over extracted. The water must be pushed through using the plunger. Do not stir or stir the coffee as it can cause unpleasant elements to appear in your cup.

Strength - 3 is soft and easygoing, ideal for lazy weekends.

Stores

Lazy Sunday is a smoky light roast that has the sweet citrus and cocoa aroma. It has a smooth mouth feel that caresses the palette. The cocoa hints can be traced back to a winter's afternoon spent on the couch with an enjoyable book and a warm hug from the family. Make sure to heat your French Press by using water that isn't yet at boiling point. This will prevent the coffee from being too extracted and causing undesirable elements in your drink. Add your grounds and 250ml water that has just been boiled. Then let it sit for 4 minutes before letting it plunge and then enjoy.
